This Privacy Policy describes how Maybright Ventures Private Limited (“SkillZi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and processes personal information in connection with your use of the SkillZi platform, including our website, mobile applications, AI-powered features, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect personal information and other data about you in a variety of ways when you access or use the Services. The categories of information we collect include:

1.1 Account Information

If you make purchases or subscribe to paid Services, payment processing is handled by third-party providers such as Apple App Store, Google Play, or our payment processors. We do not store full payment card details. We may receive limited information related to your transactions, such as confirmation of payment, subscription status, billing history, and partial identifiers.

Information you provide when you contact us for customer support, submit feedback, respond to surveys, or otherwise communicate with us, including the content of your messages and any attachments.

1.6 User Content and Inputs

Information you submit through the Services, including prompts, inputs, responses, profile data, and other content you provide in connection with your use of the Services.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and for avoiding the submission of sensitive personal information unless necessary.

3. AI Interaction Data

When you use artificial intelligence features of the Services (“AI Features”), we collect and process information related to your interactions with those features (“AI Interaction Data”). This may include:

  • Prompts and Inputs: Text, questions, instructions, or other prompts you submit.
  • Voice and Audio Inputs: Audio recordings, voice commands, or transcriptions generated from voice input (where applicable).
  • AI Conversations: Exchanges between you and the AI system, including both your inputs and the generated responses.
  • Feedback and Ratings: Any feedback you provide regarding AI responses, including ratings, corrections, or follow-up inputs.

AI Interaction Data is treated as User Content under this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service.

We may use AI Interaction Data to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain AI Features;
  • Generate responses and improve the quality, accuracy, and safety of AI systems;
  • Train, fine-tune, and evaluate machine learning models; and
  • Develop new features and functionality.

AI Interaction Data may be processed by automated systems and, in some cases, reviewed by human personnel or service providers for quality assurance, safety, and improvement purposes.

You should not include sensitive personal information or confidential information in prompts or inputs unless necessary, as such information may be processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

4. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

4.1 To Provide and Operate the Services

4.7 Automatically Collected Information

We automatically collect certain information to support the purposes described above, including:

  • App usage activity, session data, and interaction patterns;
  • Watch history, search queries, and content engagement.

4.8 Derived Data and Analytics

We may create and use aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data (“Derived Data”) for any lawful purpose, including analytics, research, product development, and improving the Services. Derived Data does not reasonably identify you.

4.9 Information from Third Parties

  • App stores and platform providers (e.g., Apple, Google Play).

We use such information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

No Guarantee of Absolute Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for taking reasonable steps to protect your information. You should notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access to your account or security breach.

In the event of a data security incident affecting your personal information, we will take appropriate steps to investigate, mitigate, and, where required by applicable law, notify affected individuals and relevant authorities.

8.4 Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) signal. Because there is no consistent industry standard for how to respond to DNT signals, we do not currently respond to such signals.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Services are not intended for, and may not be used by, individuals under the age of eighteen (18). We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from anyone under 18.

If you are under 18, you may not access or use the Services or provide any personal information to us.

Deletion of Underage Data

If we become aware that we have collected personal information from an individual under the age of 18, we will take reasonable steps to delete such information as soon as practicable in accordance with applicable law.

The Services are operated and controlled from the United States. If you access or use the Services from outside the United States, you acknowledge and agree that your information may be transferred to, processed in, and stored in the United States and other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate.

These countries may have data protection laws that are different from, and in some cases less protective than, the laws of your country of residence. By using the Services, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and such other jurisdictions, as described in this Privacy Policy.

Where required by applicable law, we take appropriate measures to protect personal information transferred across borders, which may include contractual safeguards or reliance on recognized legal transfer mechanisms.

When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy and, where required by applicable law, provide additional notice (such as by email, in-app notification, or other prominent means).

Your continued access to or use of the Services after any changes to this Privacy Policy become effective constitutes your acknowledgment of and agreement to the revised Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to the updated Privacy Policy, you must discontinue use of the Services.
